V3TR4 Privacy Policy
Version 2026-07-31.
Version 2026-07-31. Final, approved by our solicitors and published.
V3TR4 Limited ("V3TR4", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16513344, registered office 218 Bellegrove Road, Welling, DA16 3RT. This policy explains how we handle personal data on v3tr4.com and leads.v3tr4.com, and in our lead research services. Contact for anything in this policy: [email protected].
1. Who we are
We provide business-to-business lead research services: a customer gives us their website, we identify their likely buyer segments and compile a bespoke list of business contacts matching those segments. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.
2. Data we process about customers
When you place an order we collect your email address, your website URL, your order details and payment references. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our systems; Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself. We use this data to fulfil your order, send you your delivery and a small number of related service emails, issue your invoice, and meet our accounting obligations. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, and legal obligation for tax records. We retain order records for 6 years in line with UK tax law.
3. Data we process about researched contacts
Our research output contains business contact data: name, job title, employer, business email address and public LinkedIn profile URL. We compile it, per order, from licensed third-party business data providers and publicly available professional sources. We do not collect special category data, home addresses, personal email addresses or financial data about researched contacts, and we do not hold a standing database of researched contacts for resale: customer research is performed at order time.
Lawful basis: legitimate interests. Our customers have a legitimate interest in identifying relevant business contacts, and the data concerned is limited to professional context. We balance this against the rights of the individuals concerned: contact details are business-facing, volumes per company are capped, and we operate the erasure and suppression process below.
Transparency (UK GDPR Article 14): because contacts are compiled from third-party and public sources rather than collected from the individual, we rely on Article 14(5)(b): individually notifying every researched contact would involve disproportionate effort relative to the limited, professional nature of the data. This policy serves as our public transparency notice, and our documented balancing assessment is available on request via [email protected].
If you have received an email citing V3TR4 as a data source: the sender is the data controller for their outreach. You can also come to us directly.
3a. Our own marketing
Separately from customer orders, V3TR4 runs its own business-to-business outreach and holds a prospect list for that purpose (business contact details of companies we believe may want our services), under the same legitimate interests basis and the same standards: we identify ourselves, we honour opt-outs immediately and permanently, and suppression applies across all our activity. To opt out of hearing from us: reply to any of our emails or contact [email protected].
4. Erasure and suppression (researched contacts)
Email [email protected] with the address you want removed. We will:
- confirm removal within 30 days;
- add the contact to a permanent suppression list applied to every future order for every customer; and
- where we can identify which customer received your details (for example when your request references a specific campaign), instruct that customer to remove you.
The suppression list holds the minimum data needed to keep you excluded (the contact detail itself) and is retained indefinitely for that sole purpose.
5. Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the product: Stripe (payments and invoicing), Supabase (order storage, hosted in the UK, London region), Google Workspace (email and delivery), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Anthropic (automated analysis of customer-supplied websites; no researched-contact data is sent), and our licensed business data providers. We do not sell personal data, and we never resell one customer's delivered list to another.
6. International transfers
We are UK-based. Some providers process data in the US under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. One of our sales team is based in the UAE and accesses customer correspondence from there under our internal safeguards.
7. Cookies and analytics
leads.v3tr4.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites. If we run advertising campaigns, landing pages may load advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) which set cookies for conversion measurement; where these are active we will show a consent banner and they stay off until you accept. We never pass your email address to advertising platforms.
8. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under UK GDPR. To exercise any of them: [email protected]. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU you may also contact your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
Order data lives in access-controlled systems with row-level security and service-role-only access; delivered lead files are sent by email and are not stored on our public website infrastructure. We keep the number of systems holding personal data deliberately small.
10. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new version date. Material changes to how we handle researched-contact data will be reflected in the erasure process before they take effect.
