V3TR4 Lead Store: Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases of lead research services and related add-ons from V3TR4 Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16513344, registered office 218 Bellegrove Road, Welling, DA16 3RT, via v3tr4.com and leads.v3tr4.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

1. Business customers only

Our services are provided to businesses. By ordering you confirm you are acting in the course of a business and not as a consumer. Consumer protection rights, including cooling-off periods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, do not apply.

2. What you are buying

Each order is a bespoke research service. We analyse your website (or your written brief), identify your likely buyer segments, and compile a one-off list of business contacts matching those segments from licensed third-party data providers and publicly available sources. You are buying the output of that research, not access to, or a licence of, any database. We are not affiliated with, or resellers for, any data provider.

3. Delivery

We target delivery within 15 minutes of payment and guarantee delivery within 24 hours. Delivery means dispatch of the lead file to the email address given at checkout. Your order also includes a complimentary automated website report (clause 10).

4. Lead counts and shortfalls

If we cannot fulfil the full ordered count within your confirmed segments, we deliver what qualifies and automatically refund the difference pro-rata at your order's effective per-lead rate. We never pad orders with out-of-segment contacts. The pro-rata refund is your sole remedy for a count shortfall.

5. Data quality

Business email addresses are verified at the point of delivery. Contact data decays naturally as people change roles; we make no warranty that any contact remains current after delivery, and no warranty of response rates, meetings or revenue. If more than 10% of delivered email addresses hard-bounce within 14 days of delivery, we will replace the bounced contacts or credit them at the per-lead rate, at our option, on receipt of your bounce log.

6. Your obligations (acceptable use)

On delivery you become an independent data controller of the list. You agree to:

1. comply with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, PECR and any equivalent laws where your recipients are located;
2. contact the individuals only in a business capacity, identifying yourself truthfully and honouring opt-outs promptly;
3. not use the data for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or harassing purposes, or for consumer marketing;
4. not resell, publish, share or redistribute the list outside your business;
5. forward to us any erasure or objection request that references the source of the data, so we can suppress the contact from future research; and
6. where a recipient asks where you obtained their details, identify V3TR4 as the source and point them to our privacy policy.

Breach of this clause ends any licence to use the delivered data and entitles us to refuse future orders, without refund.

7. Data protection (our side)

We compile contacts on the lawful basis of legitimate interests, limited to business contact details in a professional context. Individuals may request erasure from our research sources at any time via [email protected]; we honour such requests within 30 days and add the contact to a permanent suppression list applied to all future orders for all customers. Our privacy policy explains sources, retention and rights in full.

8. Payments, refunds and cancellation

Prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken in full at order via our payment provider (Stripe); a VAT invoice and receipt are issued automatically. Because fulfilment begins immediately and the output is bespoke, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. We refund in full where we fail to deliver within 24 hours, where our analysis cannot identify viable segments for your business, or for accidental duplicate orders reported within 7 days. Shortfall refunds are covered by clause 4. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before raising a card dispute and we will resolve it within 5 working days.

9. Licence and intellectual property

You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered list within your business for your own sales and marketing. Our methodology, scoring, report formats and tooling remain ours.

10. Free website report

The Lead Readiness Report is generated by automated checks against your public website and is provided free, "as is", for general information. It is not professional advice; we accept no liability for decisions taken in reliance on it.

11. Done-for-you outreach (add-on service)

If you purchase managed outreach, a separate schedule applies, including: you authorise us to send communications in your name and remain the sender of record; all copy is approved by you before first send; sending is via a managed lookalike domain unless you opt into DNS verification on your own domain (we never request account passwords); volumes are ramped to protect deliverability; a shared suppression list is applied permanently; the service renews monthly and either party may cancel with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once domain and mailbox provisioning has begun.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data, and our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order (or, for subscription services, the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim).

13. General

We may update these terms; the version shown at checkout applies to your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
