Where does the data come from?
Each order is bespoke research. We compile contacts from licensed third-party business data providers and publicly available sources, matched to your buyer segments at the time of your order. You're buying the output of that research, not access to a database.
Where does V3TR4 stand on GDPR?
We research business contact details (name, role, work email) under UK GDPR legitimate interests, honour erasure requests permanently across all customers, and our privacy policy sets out sources, rights and our transparency position in full. When you receive the list you become the data controller for your own outreach: contact people in a business capacity, say who you are, honour opt-outs. Our terms spell out those obligations.
How fast is delivery, really?
Our pipeline typically completes a 100-lead order in under 5 minutes; typical delivery is under 15 minutes and we guarantee 24 hours.
What if some emails bounce?
Emails are verified at delivery. If more than 10% hard-bounce within 14 days, send us your bounce log and we'll replace or credit them.
What if you can't find enough leads in my niche?
We deliver what genuinely qualifies and refund the difference pro-rata, automatically. We never top a list up with irrelevant contacts to hit a number. Full details in the terms.
I've ordered before — will I get the same leads again?
No. Repeat orders from the same email address or company domain automatically exclude every lead we've already delivered to you. Each new order is new contacts.
Can you do the outreach for me?
Yes, done-for-you outreach is available as a managed add-on (cadence writing, sending infrastructure, replies to your inbox). It's not self-serve yet; reply to your delivery email and we'll send the one-pager.
